The site is provided for informational purposes. You may read, share, and link to pages here. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site without written permission.

No service relationship from browsing

Reading this site, submitting an inquiry, or requesting a project review does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins when both parties sign a project agreement that names scope, timeline, and price.

Intellectual property

Site content, layout, code, and visual design are owned by Sovex Labs unless credited otherwise. Any third-party logos or visuals, if added later, remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that information here will be current, complete, or fit for a specific purpose. Project deliverables are warranted separately in the project agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sovex Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Sovex Labs is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
